It’s no secret that I am a huge fan of Sabra Hummus so I am always happy to celebrate National Hummus Day. I actually think we should celebrate it once a week…or more.
The folks at Sabra are celebrating big and offering up a huge coupon if you share the love with a friend. Just head over and share to access a big $2 Sabra Hummus 10 oz+ coupon! Then head into Publix and grab a great deal!
I often open a tub of hummus for my crew as a snack just to keep everyone from driving me crazy while I cook. Often I will just throw out some veggies or pita chips and let everyone munch. Sometimes, I have a few extra minutes and will make something special like these Hummus Stuffed Tomatoes .
It’s a super simple snack but it packs a big punch of flavor. You simply cut a cherry tomato and use a strawberry huller to deseed the tomato. Then plop a dollop of your favorite Sabra hummus in the cavity. Sprinkle with some feta and basil and you have a tasty snack or appetizer for the perfect #UnofficialMeal!
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- Sabra Hummus
- Basil, chopped
- Crumbled feta
- Cut the tomatoes in half and deseed.
- Fill the cavity with Sabra hummus.
- Top with basil and feta.
- Enjoy!
Happy National Hummus Day…I think I’ll celebrate by adding a few tubs of hummus to my fridge!
