Mushrooms are something that I use just about every week in my meals and recipes. Sometimes they are a main component to a recipe. Other times, they are a supporting ingredient in the recipe, included to offer a little taste and texture.

I can tell you that the flavors do NOT disappoint. I added the Rustic Tuscan variety to my Stromboli recipe and it was amazing. The ham, salami, cheese and mushroom combo, all warm and melty was a huge hit with my guys. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It was so good, I think it might need to go on my menu rotation again this week!
