Pear and Blue Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

1 small red or green pear, cored and thinly sliced
18 Town House Crackers
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz.)
Fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

Trim pear slices to fit on crackers, if necessary. Top each cracker with about 2 pear slices and some of the blue cheese. Arrange on serving platter. Garnish with chives (if desired).

Notes

To prevent browning, brush pear slices with a little lemon juice (if desired).
