Agree and disagree with you. Make sure to account for labor/skills, packaging, utilities (electricity to bake), not just ingredients. For those who do not have time, or don’t know how to bake, this is not bad for them (like me, lol). But if you can have both time and skills, making from scratch is even better for quality and saving money, absolutely!
