Firecracker Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 ct pkg Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
- 3 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise - add to the consistency you prefer
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce - more or less to your taste
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
- paprika and chives for serving - if desired
Instructions
- Slice the Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolk into a small bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, Sriracha, salt and cayenne pepper to the bowl with the yolks and stir until smooth.
- Pipe or use a spoon the filling into each egg white.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives then serve and enjoy!
