Ingredients

2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated fine
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg Hatfield Honey Garlic Teriyaki Dry Rub Seasoned Pork Tenderloin, cut into strips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 large head cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup matchstick carrots
3 - 4 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 cups cooked rice
crispy won ton strips

Instructions

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir fry 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
Add cabbage and carrots. Continue to stir fry until cabbage is wilted, about 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and cook an additional minute, until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in the green onion and cilantro.
Serve over cooked rice and top with won ton strips.
