Speaking of delicious meals, I like to use these rubs on my Grilled Ribs. It’s the perfect way to add amazing flavor with very little effort. Grab a bottle and serve up a tasty meal with ease!
Grilled Ribs
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lb rack of baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup Weber Dry Rub Smoky Brown Sugar
- 2/3 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 300º F. Add the apple juice and apple cider vinegar to a foil pan large enough to hold the rack of ribs.
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the underside of the ribs.
- Sprinkle the Weber Dry Rub over the front and back of the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the foil pan and cover tightly with foil.
- Place the pan on the grill, close the lid and cook the ribs for approximately 2 hours at 300º F (until internal temperature of the ribs reads 180°F).
- Remove the ribs from the pan, increase the temperature of the grill to medium high and place the ribs directly on the grates and grill 7 - 10 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Remove from the grill, rest for at least 5 minutes then slice and serve with your favorite sauce.
