Spicy Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage - at room temperature
- 2 cups all purpose baking mix
- 8 oz Cabot Habanero Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Combine room temperature sausage and baking mix in a large bowl; mix with your hands until well combined.
- Add the shredded Cabot Habanero Cheddar Cheese and mix until fully incorporated. Roll mixture into about forty 1-inch balls and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown and sausage is cooked through, approximately 25 - 30 minutes.
