Klondike® Bars or Ice Cream Sandwiches, 15 to 27 oz, BOGO
Klondike Bars and Sandwiches are the perfect go-to for a quick and easy indulgence. With a variety of flavors to choose from, all you need to do is open the package and enjoy.
And if you want a dessert to feed your whole family, grab a box and a few ingredients to make a decadent Klondike Ice Cream Sandwich Cake. Perfect for any occasion, this no-bake dessert is made with layers of Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches, hot fudge, and whipped cream. It’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or simply a sweet indulgence for yourself.
To get started just grab a loaf pan and line it with plastic wrap or wax paper. Allow the plastic to overhang the sides to make removing the cake a little bit easier. Gather your ingredients and start by mixing 4 oz of whipped topping with 1/2 cup of crushed sandwich cookies.
From there place 2 1/2 Klondike Sandwiches in the pan.
Spread 1/4 cup of fudge sauce over the ice cream sandwiches and then spread 1/2 of the whipped topping/cookie mixture.
Place another 2 1/2 Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches on top of the whipped topping mixture.
Spread 1/4 cup of fudge sauce over those sandwiches and then spread the remaining whipped topping mixture over top.
Top with additional crushed cookies if desired. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
When ready to serve, use the plastic to remove the cake from the pan then slice and ENJOY!
Klondike Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
Ingredients
- 5 Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 1/2 cup fudge sauce
- 4 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (+ additional for decoration, if desired)
Instructions
- Line a 1.5 quart loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing at least a 1" overhang.
- Fold the crushed cookies into the whipped topping and set aside.
- Place 2 1/2 Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches in the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread 1/4 cup of fudge sauce over top of the ice cream sandwiches.
- Spread half of the whipped topping mixture over the fudge sauce.
- Top with 2 1/2 additional Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches, followed by the remaining fudge and then the remaining whipped topping mixture.
- Sprinkle with additional crushed cookies, if desired.
- Cover and freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut and serve! Enjoy!
