Method
- Line a 1.5 quart loaf pan with plastic wrap allowing about a 1-inch overhang (to help with easy removal of the frozen dessert).
- Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and then evenly press into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan
- Mix 1/3 cup of chopped turtles candy into the Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream then spread half of the mixture over the prepared cookie crust.
- Pour the caramel sauce on top then add the remaining ice cream.
- Use a spatula to spread until even. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 8 hours.
- Dip the loaf pan into hot water for 5 - 10 seconds and pull the dessert from the pan using the plastic wrap overhang.
- Top with additional chopped turtles candy, slice and serve immediately!
- Promptly return any remaining dessert to the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Tip - dip your knife in warm water and then dry before slicing. The warm metal will help slice through the frozen treat.
